Return Policy

We want you to genuinely love what arrives. Here's how we look after you — plainly, and without small print.


Changed your mind? That's okay.

You can return any print within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, no awkward questions.

How it works:

  1. Email info@artofbirdie.com with your order number and a quick note that you'd like to return it. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with the return address.
  2. Post the print back to us unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. The print remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  3. Once it arrives back, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

The only exception is personalised or custom pieces, which are made just for you and can't be resold, these can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


Arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered?

We'll fix it fast and you won't need to post anything back.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.


Lost or delayed in the post?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) of your dispatch email, get in touch with your order number and we'll put it right — whether that's chasing the courier, sending a replacement, or refunding you. Your order is our responsibility until it's safely in your hands.


Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it's already in the post, no problem. Just use the 14-day return above once it arrives.


Prana Mail subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us and your subscription simply stops before the next billing date. No fees, no hoops.

Because each month's parcel is prepared by hand in a small batch, we can't refund a month once it has been charged and dispatched. But if your parcel arrives damaged or anything is missing, email us a photo and we'll replace it free, same as any order.


The fine print (kept short)

  • Refunds go to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take a few days to appear after we've processed them.
  • Sale items have the same return rights as everything else.
  • Tiny colour differences between your screen and the physical print are normal and not a fault. Every screen displays colour a little differently. If something is genuinely wrong, the damaged/faulty process above is yours.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
