All orders are carefully prepared and packaged from our studio in Glasgow, UK.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

UK

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

International

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 working days after dispatch (may vary by location)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Packaging
Prints are securely packaged in protective sleeves and sturdy envelopes or tubes to ensure they arrive safely.

Tracking
Tracking is not included by default. If you would like tracked shipping, please get in touch before placing your order.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
Art of Birdie is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
